My bracket is officially done now, reduced to a conglomeration of red strikeouts. If you look closely, you’ll see that I managed to correctly pick only 8 of the sweet sixteen teams, 3 of the elite eight teams and no final four teams. Of the teams I picked to play in the championship, one lost in the round of 32 and the other in the round of 16.
Next year I’m using the reliable coin flip to fill out my bracket. It couldn’t turn out any worse.

You and everyone else in this country. After Iowa and UNI lost in the first round, I nearly gave up on the whole tournament, but alas, I continued watching and have been quite disappointed in the dysmal antics they call NCAA basketball playing…namely Villanova, Gonzaga, and Texas.
Good bye cruel world (meaning the brakets we all have endured)!

Well, if you would just pick teams by their econ departments, you might be doing okay…

Actually, Jeremy, given that that system couldn’t possibly worse than my so-called system this year, I might be inclined to give it a try.

Ok, give it a go. But maybe skip the U of Chicago. If they even have a team.
