Luckily the laptop was within an arm’s length of my sofa

Yesterday I decided to try a different ab exercise, add a new tricep excercise, and play a couple volleyball games (after not having played for quite some time). Dumb idea. My muscles (I believe nearly all of the them) have loudly objected today.
