another one for the wtf files

Just got a call from Jeff from HP service. I had to give the OK for them to completely clean everything from my laptop. Why this was necessary is still as yet unclear. Jeff told me that in the technicians’ test they found corrupt hardware and software corruption and were receiving a blue screen. That’s funny, I’ve never had any similar problem. And I thought I was just getting the AC port fixed. And good thing I backed up my files.
