So, the doors have closed on the men’s World Cup, and we must all wait another 4 years for the mixture of glory, hype, and fun, it all brings…Oh well, I’m keeping my chin up. I can’t forget that it’s only another 8 months until March Madness! My money’s on Princeton (jk). It’s only a little less than a year away from when Houston and San Antonio could possibly be in the NBA title hunt as they stop LA’s wish for four. (*cross your fingers, we can only hope*) And who could forget that it’s only a year until Pete the Great Sampras can try for his eighth Wimbledon crown or the elusive French Open title. But most importantly, it’s only a week until Dr. Meter Reader runs the biggest race of his young 2-year-old life. Let’s hope he’s healthy. I’m going to have to take my seester’s advice and start a Dr. Meter Reader devotion page.
